"What a gem this boutique hotel is!!!! I loved the history of this hotel; it is SO charming! Our manager, Jordan was SO helpful in finding a way to have my husband and my clothes pressed for a funeral when the steamer that we brought didn't work. Jordan was also very attentive to our needs during a random wildfire that took place during the day of the funeral that we came to attend. He made sure to message us with updates regarding the timing that roads would be back open so we could get back to the hotel. I loved the eclectic decor, the cool bar and how beautiful the building is. The setting next to the river is picturesque with it's clear water and nearby rapids - absolutely stunning views! The pool was very refreshing and our room was cooled to the perfect temperature. The beds were so cozy, we slept soundly every night. Our only tiny issue had to do with the excessive amount of bees flying around the indoor/outdoor dining area. I am allergic to bees so it was of concern to me only. I was able to eat two meals there without getting stung, so that was a bonus! Maybe they are just in that area because we ate at many other outdoor establishments in Venaco, Corté and Ajaccio without any bees around. This issue would not stop me from staying here again, in fact, I look forward to another stay the next time that I come to Corsica! What an absolute pleasure it was to stay here!! My husband was thrilled as well. A+++"

"Super Haus in toller Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Meer und Berge. Haus bietet reichlich Platz sowohl im Innen- als auch Außenbereich. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und genossen unseren 14 tägigen Aufenthalt im August 2026 hauptsächlich auf der tollen großen Außenterrasse mit seinem Weber Gasgrill, der auch häufiger zum Einsatz kam und dem ebenfalls großzügigen sehr schönen Poolbereich mit seinem ca. 9x4 m großem Infinity Pool. Auch von hier fantastischer unverbauter Blick über die Bucht.Zum Vermieter Dominique können wir nur das Beste sagen. Treffpunkt, Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärungen in Englisch ohne Probleme und bei Ankunft erhielten wir sogar noch ein Present. Auch bei kleineren Problemen während unserem Aufenthalt kümmerte sich Dominique und schuf umgehend Abhilfe.Rundum ein super Urlaub und wenn wir wieder nach Korsika kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Gegend und in diesem wunderschönen Haus."

"We booked our stay at Campo Dell'Oro because it was near the airport and we had a super early departure the next morning. We were not expecting anything luxurious, but that is exactly waht we got! WE are SO happy that we arrived early enough to take advantage of the beautiful pool and bar area. The pool is gorgeous, the water was pristine and the perfect temperature! We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant; our food was amazing! I had the shrimp risotto and my husband enjoyed the Chef daily special of the local fish. Our server was great (a bonus that he knew English) and our night was perfect. Our room had a stunning view and the bed was super comfortable. A+"

"Le meilleur hôte que j'ai pu avoir. Didier est ultra reactif et fera son maximum pour rendre votre sejour au top. La maison, sa deco et ses exterieurs sont encore mieux que les photos. C'est authentic, charmant, discret et dépaysant. On a adoré. Et pour rassurer sachez que malgré de grosses chaleur la maison reste fraiche et la piscine fera le reste. Merci Didier"

"Encore un grand merci pour ce séjour magnifique. Le logement correspond exactement à sa description, il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l'écoute de nos besoins et très discrets. Ils mettent tout ce qu'il faut pour que l'on passe un séjour paisible. Ils nous conseillent pour que l'on puisse découvrir la région et mettre à disposition une carte avec l'essentiel. Nous avons adoré notre séjour."

"the breakfast was simple but was enough and acceptable for the price we paid for the package. Free access of clean water and the staffs are very helpful. The parking was accessible, however the location of the hotel is on a road where you can only go one way, so if you missed the entrance, you will have to take another 3 min to the next round about to turn back. There's KfC and restaurants just nearby."

"Room was simple and clean. Nice pool (swim with goggles!). My only complaint was the WiFi which, on the day I stayed, was too slow to do anything useful with. Heads-up that there are multiple places in Ajaccio with "Castel Vecchio" as the name. Make sure to use the correct address when finding this hotel."
