"The property is in such a great location! Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The staff were so kind and helpful and easily switched from French to English with no hesitation and tolerated my high school french attempts :) I have to especially say thank you to Isabelle and Alaricq (i pray i spelled his name right) for the time they took to answer my questions and offer suggestions. You won't starve with the continental breakfast that they provide but it is just that-the standard breads, yogurts, fruit, cereal, meats, cheeses, teas, coffees etc. My studio was huge and well equipped but the downfall is my window faced the building next door so i had zero view. But that was fine as we were out enjoying the city. The view from the terrace on the pool level is amazing! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone."

"Our room had a kitchen which was very convenient. There is construction happening directly across our hotel room but it is not loud. The staff are very friendly. The location is good and walkable to many restaurants and convenient stores. "

"The staff are very helpful and eager to aid you in anything you need help with. There is the Guy-Concordia Metro station just down the road and many buses that pass by in front and on the side of the hotel. A very safe area and easy to walk to many different places. I fully recommend staying at the SENS Hotel"
