Room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty space, liked the microwave & fridge in the room...hotel has 2 floors, no elevator , changed my room to 1st fl, without additional charges...1st room had very strong smell of cigarette smoke, room was changed right away.

Due to heavy rains during my stay rainwater seeped thru the single pane exterior windows which created soggy carpet. Other than that the hotel was quiet and the room was comfortable . Breakfast minimal .

Nice, clean and well kept rooms and general areas. Comfortable bed and extra comfortable pillows. Free breakfast a bonus with different assortment of pastries, egg sandwiches, make yourself waffles, etc. Karen at the front desk was FANTASTIC....ultra helpful, easy/fun to talk to and always a smile on her face. Old fashioned top shelf service from her that is sadly missing at most places these days....She deserves a raise!!!

Cozy Little Hotel
The hotel was clean, quiet, and cozy. Front desk staff were incredibly nice and the housekeepers did a fantastic job. Love that coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24/7. Also thankful for the laundry area, which was very affordable and quick.

It could have been better.
We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, the room was clean and comfortable but then we began to notice other flaws. First, the refrigerator did not work. We reported this to the front desk when we left the next morning, and when we got back that night, we found that this had been fixed. second, the TV reception was very grainy. This made TV viewing unpleasant, we were trying to watch the MLB AL and NL finals, but our experience was muted by the poor reception. Third, when we got back the final night, there was no internet. I reported this to the front desk, but it never got fixed.
