There are two private porches with great lights for night-time enjoyment. The kitchen is organized and stocked for meal prep and serving, very clean and provides a great space to hang out, cook, and eat together. We enjoyed family meals every night. The backyard area is shared with a tenant, so the grill, outdoor lounge areas and outdoor shower are for both properties, and some coordination and communication is needed. This property has a great layout and a nice large kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms, common space and main bathroom are very spacious. All appliances and electronic were updated and in good working condition. The WiFi was excellent. This was important, as we needed to do some remote work. The property is well situated to restaurants, Bay Village/Fantasy Island, shopping and entertainment. We parked our car and never used it during our stay...we walked everywhere.
