Nestled in " The Point" estate at Point Lonsdale, there are park lands, waterways, play grounds and wide open spaces literally just across the road from the property. The renowned Lonsdale Links golf course is just 3 minutes up the road, as are the beach, lighthouse, rip views and the shops. Queenscliff to Sorrento ferry and Portarlington to Docklands ferry all within a short distance. All of the Bellarines' noted wineries, golf courses, beaches and scenic drives , Blues train scenic railway, water theme park and other adventures are only minutes away. The home offers 4 full sized bedrooms including an enormous mastersuite with full ensuite, double shower and generous walk in wardrobe and dressing room. There are three other bedrooms and all are spacious and include built in robe storage. There are four zoned living areas for peace and quiet and a large open family room for larger gatherings. A chefs dream kitchen incorporating Euro appliances including a separate steam oven, dishwasher, microwave, along with a separate butlers pantry and food prep area.
