I stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks while visiti g Pohang. The central location in the city and proximity to the bus terminal makes it a good choice for visitors. The room was clean and the area has many different food options.

Owner was really nice and helpful. Room was not super fancy but its what I expected. Everything seemed clean. TV was huge. The only negative was my room was at the end of the hall and the wifi wasn't great. But to be fair, I didn't want to move rooms so I didn't say anything to the staff.

--as others have said, this is an actual hotel, not a motel --comfortable place, with a cozy feel --place is a little bit worn (e.g. a hole in the window screen, which could have allowed mosquitoes in -- but fortunately I didn't have any!) --great bathtub

Breakfast supervision was minimal so things had run out and tables were not clean by the time I came down. Otherwise though, good value for money and friendly staff.

It's a small old hotel near bus terminal, so very convenient to go to local area: such as downtown, beach, and temples.

A business/family hotel but not a Korean MOTEL.
The hotel was well-maintained. The room was small but equipped with all the necessary facilities and practical setting (shower screen was available to keep a dry floor at the bathroom). The reception staffs were helpful and displayed a pleasant facial appearance. The continental breakfast was simple but nice.

Nice Stay for the Price
First the good: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the cab driver couldn't find the hotel the receptionist ran out to where we were a few blocks away to walk us to the hotel. Their English was outstanding, which was a pleseant surprise. The included breakfast was simple but good. Location is a couple blocks off the main road but close to restaurants, cafes, and bars. The bad: The non smoking room still smelled like cigarette smoke, as if it was a smoking room a few years ago. The hotel could use a little refurbishment. Overall: I'll likely stay there whenever I'm traveling through the area.

Good stay and cheap
Service and location were the highlights of my stay. The front desk was very helpful for recommending places to eat. The room was small, but most all hotel rooms in this price ranges in South Korea are small. Bed was a little hard and needs to be replaces soon and the bathroom needs some attention. Over all I would stay here again. The staff was excellent!!!

Stay for 5days. Excellent service. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. 7mins walk will get you to Pohang Bus terminal (Airport Bus from Gimhae International Airport direct to here)/ Department Store/ all the good restaurants.10mins walk To KB for foreign exchange. Less than 30mins walk to see the Ocean...

Good stay.
The room I stayed in was clean. The condition was okay. Bathroom was clean with powerful shower head. Breakfast was very basic (toast, boiled eggs, porridge and cereal). If you don't like the breakfast, you can always head out for breakfast (Just 1 min. walk from the main road with plenty of eating establishments around). The big bonus for me was that the hotel is just across the road (around 2 min. walk) from the bus terminal. Although it was a pleasant stay and I was satisfied with the room I stayed in, I felt the price of the booking did not reflect the quality of the hotel and overall experience and that it was a little overpriced.

The staff at the hotel was friendly! The hotel is situated conveniently near the express bus terminal and there's a great bbq restaurant at the back of the hotel!

Cosy and what we wanted
We booked two double rooms for four people just for the one night on a Saturday, as we were in town seeing friends. The rooms were adequate and comfortable, and it was nice to actually have a bath after living in a small Korean apartment for two years with no bath tub, so this was a real luxury for us! Haha. The location of the hotel is easy to find, very near the Pohang bus terminal, so if taxi drivers don't know how to get there, they definitely know the bus terminal. Also great if you are coming and going by bus from other cities in Korea. We found the reception staff to be a little cold at first, polite but a little cold. However I think she soon warmed to us, also the cleaning lady gave us a big heeeelooooo and smile in the morning when we saw her. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Pohang. Clean, cosy and close to where we wanted to be. A pleasant little hotel.

Good optono for stay in Pohang
Location by the bus terminal is great. Plenty of city buses to move around. The market is walking distance. Only breakfast is missing. Hotel is nice and comfy

숙소 앞 주차장이 4면 밖에 없음. 전체적으로 오래된 건물이라 그런지 화장실이 낡은 느낌이 있음. 칫솔, 비누, 드라이어, 샴푸, 냉장고 있음. 빗, 가운 없음. 상주하고 있는 사람이 없음. 하룻밤 싼 가격에 보낸다는 생각으로 잠만 잠.
