This beautifully appointed property in Podstrana is set on a 650sqm private plot, offering 320sqm of useful interior spread on 5 stages (mezzanine levels). Villa with a chick tone, contemporary architecture, and high-quality furnishings. It is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi and equipped with all modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay. Located in the upper part of Podstrana village it will set you in a relaxed Dalmatian mindset, in the neighborhood of other villas that also chose this nice location with lovely sea views. It is situated only 8km from the famous town Split with many historical attractions, only 1km from crystal clear pebble beach in Podstrana, minimarket at 650m distance, and 1km from restaurants.
