Seaview Villa Bota spans a generous 1,200 sqm private plot with 480 sqm of beautifully designed living space distributed over five mezzanine levels and connected by an elegant internal staircase. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, this fully air-conditioned villa is perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends. For your convenience, the property features secure private parking for five cars and video surveillance for your peace of mind.  
Please note that this villa is not suitable for youth groups, as it is located in a quiet residential area, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.
