« L'accueil est excellent, on se fait contacter par téléphone avant même l'arrivée. Les informations fournies sont claires, l'anglais est bien parlé. La propreté est exemplaire. En 10-15 à pied, en passant par le parc municipal de la ville de Banska Bystrica, on arrive au centre de cette ville très agréable à vivre. Les habitants sont partout très accueillants. « J'ai choisis cette hôtel en me basant sur les photos et les avis des différents utilisateurs, pensant recevoir un service de bonne voire très bonne qualité. C'était une erreur! L'enregistrement a pris plus d'une vingtaine de minutes, alors qu'il n'y avait que deux clients avant nous. Le soir, nous avons décidé de dîner à l'hôtel. Malheureusement un évènement publique avait lieu en même temps dans la cour. Le choix de la direction a été de favoriser les personnes en extérieur, qui n'étaient en...

Furthermore, the light was not working at all in the main room, the water in the bathroom was ice cold (or no explanations about how to have hot water), the shower was in a bath without curtains (not really practical if you don't want to transform the bathroom in swimming pool), the bathroom's door had a translucent window...
