Villa Rosalija is a contemporary retreat set in the serene countryside of Imotski, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and dramatic views of Mount Biokovo. While it doesn’t offer sea views, it more than compensates with its proximity to Croatia’s iconic Red and Blue Lakes.   
  
With four luxurious bedrooms, a heated infinity pool, and exceptional indoor-outdoor living spaces, the villa offers a peaceful base to explore this unspoiled region.  
  
Spread over three floors, the villa’s striking architecture includes terraces and balconies that maximise the panoramic landscape. The ground floor features a sleek, open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining space, and lounge opening directly onto the main terrace and pool. Also on this level is a spacious en-suite bedroom with a super-king bed.  
  
The lower ground floor hosts a games room and a Finnish sauna, perfect for unwinding. Upstairs, three further en-suite bedrooms offer access to private terraces with breathtaking views. A west-facing upper terrace includes a six-person whirlpool for sunset relaxation.
