Newly built and designed with both relaxation and fun in mind, this stylish 3-bedroom villa offers everything you need for a carefree family holiday, surrounded by nature, and just a short 20-min drive from the breathtaking Makarska Riviera.  
Imagine waking up to the gentle sound of birdsong, sipping your morning coffee on the terrace with the scent of pine trees in the air, and spending the day either lounging by the pool, exploring hidden beaches, or playing table tennis with your kids — this is the kind of holiday that stays with you.

Set on a fully fenced 815 m2 private plot, Villa Angela offers 154 m2 of modern, single-level living space, thoughtfully furnished for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. The villa can comfortably host 6 adults plus 2 additional guests, making it ideal for families or a group of friends.

Step outside and you’ll find your own personal resort, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment:  
A private, heated swimming pool (10m x 4m) with a shallow section for children or just unwinding in the water  
Pool is equipped with an electrolysis filtering system – gentle on skin and eyes  
Sun deck with 6 comfortable loungers and 2 umbrellas for lazy afternoons in the sun  
A covered outdoor dining area with a large table and charcoal barbecue for al fresco meals  
A cozy lounge corner – ideal for sunset drinks or reading a book  
A fun-filled play area with a children’s frame and slide  
Outdoor games including table tennis and table football  
Private parking for up to 4 cars (1 covered in the garage)

The villa offers three tastefully decorated bedrooms:  
Bedroom 1 (14sqm): King-size bed (180x200cm), TV, air-conditioning, and beautiful views of the peaceful surroundings  
Bedroom 2 (13sqm): Queen-size bed (160x200cm), TV, air-conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (no toilet)  
Bedroom 3 (13sqm): Queen-size bed (160x200cm), TV, air-conditioning, and views toward the outdoor dining area
