The management was very prompt and very accommodating. The facility is old but fully functional. Cleanliness was not an issue until i noticed the underside of the coverlet which was less than ideal. Although checkout time was 10a.m., the management stated that i would not be charged if I stayed till 11. This proved not to be an issue.

Excellent value and comfort
We were looking for a last-minute room because bad weather was disrupting our camping trip. This place was extremely reasonably-priced and in the heart of lots of Poconos activities. The room was spotless and very comfortable; we were even given a free upgrade by the friendly owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Rather musty in the room… Probably moles from the air conditioner, not being cleaned.

Room was clean but very outdated. Needs a lot of cosmetic repairs. Bathroom door was locked when we arrived and we had to take the doorknob apart to unlock it. Room is very small and there’s no phone. Staff was very pleasant. It wasn’t the best room ever but again, it was clean and that’s what is most appreciated.

The Staff was friendly. The room was so dated and the headboard had so much dust you could tell it had not been cleaned in years. There was an electrical extension screwed on to the nightstand. The carpet on the floor was old and worn. And when i put my hairbrush on the bathroom shelf, the whole shelf fell off the wall.

The smell that sticks.
The room was dire. Dingy, exposed rotting wood, peeling wallpaper that was put over what likely should have been demolished. It was semi-clean. But when you lift up the bed and it looks like someone had been murdered there; along with the horrendous smell of the room. I cannot recommend anyone stay here under any circumstances. I got my sleeping bag from my car and slept on the comforter. I put my bag of clothes back in my car because I was worried about the smell.. I kept my backpack in the room and that still stinks. It's not worth saving $30 to stay here. Learned a valuable lesson.

Disgusting! Do not book !
Absolutely horrible ! Very dirty. Old. Smelly. Looks like hookers use this for just that. Please do not take your children there ! They will not refund any money for any reason. If you cancel they will charge you for two nights even if your only booked for one. We left. Did not stay longer than 5 minutes. My family’s safely and health is not worth it. Any review leaving positive reviews must had sold their soul to the devil! Horrible. Should be closed down!
