First the communication with renter was horrific, took 5 days to get any response- only after i called the rental location directly and spoke to the office. Disgusting. We got to the house and nothing was clean. Toilets had rings of scum in them, and hairs all over the seats and in the sink. Laundry/linen was piled in the corner. Nasty stinky refridgerator with dirty napkins in it soaking up something. Crumbs all over the counters/tables. Sink had food pieces in it. Dishwasher full and not clean. And a pizza box on the counter. It wasnt like we showed up early, we got there an hour and half after expected check in. Called renter and took another hour and half to hear back, offered no good options. Was forced to go to another location quickly as we came in with multiple children who needed to go to bed.
