Our property boasts an outdoor wood fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs as well as a completely covered front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. You may also enjoy our fully enclosed sun porch with separate baseboard heating and propane fire pit. Cozy couch and a separate dining table. We also have a fun photo op wall with a custom neon light! Inside the house you’ll find four bedrooms, each with their own heating system. First floor: Bedroom 1 has a full size bed, closet with hangers and extra linens. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, desk with chair, closet with hangers, extra linens and stored baby swing for our tiny guests. Second floor: Bedroom 3 has two full size beds and a small dresser/suitcase table and a cozy bean bag chair Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, smart tv, large dresser, comfortable chair and a beautiful skylight above the bed. Both bathrooms are on the first floor. One full bath with toilet, large vanity sink, shower and bathtub combo. Second half bath has toilet and sink. We supply towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer and a first aid kit. The kitchen has a dining table with two chairs and custom L-shaped bench, full size fridge, four burner stove with oven and broiler. Equipped with everything you need from pots and pans and tableware to spices and even a panini press. The coffee bar has a Keurig coffee machine which makes both iced and hot coffee. We keep it stocked with coffee pods, assorted teas, four types of sugar and even Torani syrup flavorings and sweeteners. The living room is bright and airy due to lofted ceiling with skylight. A seven foot couch with chaise lounge, two large arm chairs, 56” Smart TV, Alexa and an enclosed fireplace which heats the entire house, easy to use controlled by a thermostat which you control through your stay. The loft! Fun and games for all ages! Offering a wall full of board games, puzzles, children’s toys ages 2+ and light workout equipment. We also have a full size foozeball table, HUGE family sized beanbag chair and a reading nook, including books from various genres including children’s books with a large cozy chaise lounge chair, side table and reading light. Our cottage is cozy with a lot to offer. Your stay is completely private, we are available 24/7 for any questions you have before, during and after your stay. We use keyless entry, providing you with a unique code during your stay. Located minutes away from: Lake Naomi trails, Camelback (waterpark), Kalahari Waterpark (indoor/outdoor), Jack Frost, Big Boulder Resort, Hickory Run National Park (hiking) and more! Beds were very comfortable and rooms nicely furnished, however the clothes drawers were a little flimsy, and there were no closets or places to hang clothes. The 'road' into the parking area was more of a one lane alley. Very tight. Parking area were not easily identified while in the car, but were in the guest book. Some basic amenities were not in the house. No dishwasher. No drawers in the kitchen, utensils were in vases on a counter. There were no salt or pepper shakers, and although a Keurig was in the kitchen there were no k cups. The host did offer to reimburse if we bought them on door dash. I would have expected them to offer to the people who normally restock to bring us some. Refrigerator was quite old. This has potential to be a special place with a few upgrades. ##### paul m. However, the house is walking distance to private lake which can't be utilized without membership. The closest lake is 15 min drive so if you want to stay in close distance to lake this is not best property. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time on our trip - it's a very cute little house. I will note that it's a very cute space, but some things are slightly in need up upkeep: some ripped window screens, some of the tables (kitchen and sunroom) are slightly coming apart, things like that. Nothing major. Please note that you need a membership to go Lake Naomi, otherwise you aren't allowed to go to that beach. The closest public beaches to this property are 15-20 minutes away. The only thing that was really a concern was the battery in the door lock ran low, so the door code stopped working the day before we left. The host was able to let us in, but didn't send anyone to change the battery or follow up on the situation. We decided to stay in, but it was a Saturday night, so I would have appreciated followup. Overall, we had a nice time on this property and had good communication with this host. ##### Amanda H. We chose this rental for its location between moms living in Maryland and Connecticut and it was phenomenal! One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The home was immaculately clean and well-appointed (although the oven took a while to get heated up) and lived up to its “cozy” name. We loved sitting around the fire pit and chatting at night, and enjoying the sunshine on the screened-in back porch. It’s in a wonderfully central location in the Poconos, so you can get to all attractions in a short period of time. There is also a pizza place, ice cream stand, and gas station convenience store with an unbelievable beer selection within a short walk. Marissa was lightning-fast with communication when we had questions about the house or the area. We three frazzled moms loved this laid-back and stress-free getaway and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic weekend away from the “real world.” ##### Kristin H. Location was great if you’re not looking for an off-the-grid kind of stay. It was close to Main Streets but still very green. The house was nice-some minor cosmetic things and instructions for light switches, AC, where to bring trash, etc would have been helpful but the property managers were very responsive to my questions. My daughter had a dance competition at Kalahari. This property is an easy 10 minute drive from the resort.
