A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Checkin time is 4 PM •Checkout time is 10 AM. •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property.
