Getaway and Stay at the Gold-Star Gated, Amenity-Filled Community of Arrowhead Lake! You can walk to the heated pools, playground, picnic area or drive the golf cart and be at the lake in less than 5 minutes. The Grove House is a year-round rental perfect for families, adventure seekers, or those just looking for an escape.

THE SPACE:  
Welcome to the Grove House!  
  
Drive up and park in our private driveway that fits up to 6 cars! Walk up the handicap accessible deck and enter with keyless entry. Unwind in the living room with board games, 65" Smart TV, chalkboard wall and cozy fireplace! Whip up an amazing meal with our fully equipped kitchen or have a BBQ using the propane stainless steel grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the view from the deck overlooking the firepit and the woods. Venture into the mountains of the kids room and hideaway in the play tent. Compete in a game of foosball or settle into one of the reclining chairs with a good book in hand. Escape and lay down into one of the 4 bedrooms provided with fresh linens, pillows and towels.  
  
We offer complementary access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, DVD/Blu-Ray Player.

Wristbands for ages 12+ are provided at check-in inside member services at the Welcome Center/Main Gate.  
  
Community amenities are accessible during your entire stay, beginning at check-in at 3PM.  
  
Upon booking, we will ask for your full name, email address, phone number, and number of vehicles you will be bringing in order to begin your online registration. As mentioned above you will then receive an email from Community with a link to complete your registration and pay the above fees.
