### Charming 6 Bedroom Pocono Getaway!!

6 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with 2 fireplaces & tons of decking to huge POOL!  
Tiled flooring throughout home, Living Room w/ stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, & open Dining Area w/ 2 sliding doors to upper deck. Kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances & Butcher block counter top. Lower level has pool table, board games and foosball table. Rustic fire pit great for group activities by the fire, Plenty of things to do at home or in the area!  
  
The space  
Rental includes:  
\- Bed linens, bath towels, toiler paper, paper towels  
\- 2 LCD TV's with Roku, Free Wi-fi included  
\- 6 Queen size beds  
\- 4 Sofa beds  
\- 2 Bathrooms  
\- Gas BBQ grill with propane tank included  
\- Large deck with two picnic tables  
\- Out door swimming pool (open June 1st-Sept 7th)  
\- 2 fireplaces (available only during winter months)  
\- Fire pit (must supply your own firewood)  
\- Basement has a pool table and foosball table  
\- Cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, glasses  
\- Dishwasher, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee maker, Tea kettle  
\- Limited On-site parking  
The house is fully equipped with cameras around the perimeter of the house for added security  
  
DISCLAIMER: Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy listed in your booking information.  
For example, if you booked a stay with 10 people but the total number of guests is actually 20.
