Our first impression arriving at the home was unexpected. The pictures in the listing represented clean and clear landscaping but the property had lots of moss growing over the slate tiles and around the home leading into the property. Two of the doors to the sunroom did not lock, which made my husband and family feel a bit insecure. However, the internal locks to the home itself worked. The icemaker to the refrigerator did not work for the entire stay. We contacted host in regards to the icemaker who assured us someone from maintenance would be out to fix it but noone ever came. The stove has a double oven but only the top rack was functional. It appears the cleaning crew does the bare minimum. The home was tidy but the rugs need a cleaning. The outside table near the grill area was very, very dirty, and my husband and I scrubbed it clean ourselves, so that we could sit and enjoy dinner outside as a family. The outside table could use a powerwashing.
