Water St. located in Pocahontas,VA ,the Yard, and the driveway. The house was built in 1883 it was occupied by my grandparents, my father actually grew up in this house this was a Pocahontas fuel company house. The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs and a swing and mudroom with a clothes washer off the kitchen. You’re welcome to park in the driveway, on the alley behind the house, and put ATVs in the backyard which is gated and locked. Trailers and trucks must be parked in the alley behind the house. It is paved and lighted. The house is located 1/4 mile from the Spearhead Trails and 2 miles from the Hatfield McCoy trails. Pocahontas is an ATV friendly town during daylight hours. I have four motion activated security light and three security cameras for your safety.
