To ensure a successful vacation, be sure to utilize the provided life jackets, kayaks, four-person pedal boat, and canoe. Inside, the bright and vibrant living room comes complete with soft seating, Yogibo beanbags, a large TV, and a fireplace. When you aren't hanging out here, head for the full kitchen. Adorned with a suite of stainless steel appliances, custom ash tree countertops, and a breakfast bar, cooking will come naturally for expert chefs and beginners alike. However they did not provide extra trashbags, paper towels, laundry detergent although they asked us to strip the sheets before we left and requested us to start a load. The outside was extremely discouraging. The hammock was broken, the patio furniture was unusable as it was unclean. Nothing like the pics on the website. The peddle boat did not have the seats installed and was 1/2 under water. The dock ladder was fully submerged. The box of life vests were filthy and filled with leaves. The beach was unraked, we raked it. The kayaks were not clean, it seems that no one maintained the "water toys" and we were mislead by the pictures on VRBO. My husband left shoes behind, which was 10 days ago and the local management still cannot tell us if they have been found to be returned. ##### Anne C. Extra space for kids to play. The weather was bad so we were not able to use any of the outdoor space. Outside areas were not well kept Basement especially smelled damp and laundry room area was a dumping ground. Lots of maintenance needs to be done tiles missing etc kitchen was very well equipped.
