This beautifully newly renovated one double bedroom plus one double mezzanine flat combines the charm of a Victorian terraced home with modern comforts, making it an ideal getaway for both work and leisure.  
  
Located just minutes walking from the historic Royal William Yard, this flat offers easy access to bustling restaurants, cozy cafes, and stunning views of Drakes Island.  
  
Designed with both style and practicality in mind, this flat ensures a cosy yet functional stay.  
  
It features:  
  
\* A beautifully furnished double bedroom with a comfortable double bed for a restful night’s sleep.  
\* A beautiful and cosy mezzanine bedroom with double bed (Please note this may not be suitable for all, limited head space and low ceilings).  
\* A bright and airy open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a comfortable king size sofa bed, a dining space and everything you need to prepare meals or relax after a day out of leisure or work.  
\* A modern bathroom fitted with an electric shower and WC.  
  
Your private allocated parking space is available at the rear of the property. For those traveling light, the flat is equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, including fast WiFi, complimentary toiletries, and high-quality linen and towels.

Just a short walk away is the historic Royal William Yard, bustling with bars, restaurants, and stunning waterfront views. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a meal or unwind in the evening while watching the sunset.  
  
For outdoor enthusiasts, Firestone Bay (also known as Devil’s Point) is on your doorstep, offering spectacular views of Drake's Island and opportunities for swimming or paddleboarding. From here, you can hop on the Cremyll Ferry to visit Mount Edgcumbe, a picturesque destination with beautiful gardens. Feeling adventurous? The scenic walks to Kingsand and Cawsand are a must.  
  
The Royal William Yard also connects to the Barbican, where you can explore charming cobbled streets, vibrant bars, and restaurants. It’s roughly a 30-minute walk to the town center and Plymouth Hoe, where you can enjoy ice cream while strolling along the promenade.
