Very bad experience.
I definitely did not enjoy this stay. First was the communication was so poor! The check in details were not sent until an hour before check in time and this was because I chased them! It is in a really good location but the parking was awful! It was so tight for my car which was a qashqai so if you have a bigger car than that I dont know how you will get in there! Also I arrived and the allocated parking for me was occupied by another so after the struggle of getting in the car park, I had to go out and find a street parking that I needed to pay for!! Also the sink was broken when I arrived! Had to call them and get it fixed, light in the bathroom was flickering as well! The room was in the 3rd floor and one day the lift was broken, the next day it started working but it stank of piss! Definitely won’t stay here again.
