LOCATION! LOCATION! Beautiful classic New England home in the heart of historic downtown Plymouth. Ocean views from the front yard with a short distance to Plymouth Harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Features a lovely grass yard and firepit and an additional fenced-in area which makes this home dog-friendly! Large driveway with space for 3 cars with off-street parking. The home sits elegantly above Plymouth Center and 1 block from the route of all the traditional holiday parades. Less than 1 mile to Nelson St. Beach and 1.5 miles to Plymouth Long Beach. This traditional 4 bedroom has finished hardwood floors throughout with a country kitchen and tons of charm, everything in this home had been thoughtfully curated to host your next vacation. There's lots of natural light and modern touches in all the right places! You'll access the property from the driveway in the back, you'll pass a few nice outdoor seating areas and BBQ grill. There is a table and chairs in a nice covered area, additionally there are some nice lounge chairs and ottomans to enjoy. There is a dog waste station, equipped with plenty of waste bags and a rake and scooper. You'll also have access to a large dog crate and leash/collar, in case you forgot yours! Enter through the heart of the home, the kitchen and 1st family room with a smart TV and comfy couches. The kitchen has all modern appliances and the refrigerator has a water dispenser and ice machine. There's also a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with plenty of cookware and eating utensils. You can enjoy meals at the counter, in the little breakfast nook, or at the table in the dining room. There's a laundry room and half bathroom off the dining room and then you head through to the 2nd family room with a huge L shaped couch and another smart TV. Take another walk through this living room to discover an adorable reading nook/office space with a great view and Seabreeze! Heading upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms on this floor (2 with queen beds and 1 with a full), we provide sheets and comforters for all bedrooms. Each bedroom has an air conditioner installed for the Summer months. There is also a full bathroom on this level with a shower tub combo. We also provide bath towels, hand towels, and facecloths. Keep going! There's an additional bedroom on the 3rd floor with a queen bed, it's pretty private up here. There is also a window air conditioner and a skylight up here. \------------------------- HOUSE RULES: \------------------------- \- Primary renter must be 25 years or older \- Pet friendly home is for a DOG only. Owner is severely allergic to cats. This home allows 1 dog with a nightly Fee. Part of the reason we chose the home was the location and the owner's description that stated you could see fireworks from the property. We were all set to arrive and have dinner and watch fireworks on the lawn. We were sad come dark when the fireworks started going off and we could only see the tops of some of them over the trees. We ended up walking a few blocks and seeing the rest of the show which ideally would have been better had we driven to another spot. Many activities in the area are walkable from the home. We enjoyed the guided tour at The Jenney along with The Mayflower II. The space in the home was perfect for our family, everyone had room to spread out and the beds were comfortable for us all. We noticed the oven had not been cleaned and some of the silverware looked dirty. The owner was made aware, apologized, thanked us for letting him know and said he'd speak to the cleaning crew. Some of the extras were missing like coffee and hangers, but aside from those things we had everything we needed. The outdoor grill was so nice to have along with the seating area for dining. With a few adjustments, this home could be a five star. ##### Barb E.
