Plym Valley House is an exquisite property offering a blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for holiday retreats or contractor accommodation in a great location.   
  
The main lounge and dining area are bright and spacious, featuring patio doors that lead to a large enclosed rear garden.   
  
This garden is a standout feature, boasting two patio areas and alfresco dining furniture, making it perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. The enclosed garden is an impressive feature, with practical artificial grass, providing a lush space for relaxation. The property's well-thought-out decor and high-quality furnishings add to its appeal, making it a delightful place to stay.  
  
On the ground floor, you'll find a convenient downstairs cloakroom, adding to the property's practicality. Additionally, there's a cozy snug room equipped with a sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space if needed.
