Check out is at 11am, but housekeeping come knocking around at 10:30am few times before 11am. Also there isnt no breakfast services just coffee and tea. The property restaurant is close too.

Comfortable with an exciting view
This hotel has been through a lot, and it wears its scars with pride. However, I love staying here off season because it has a classic feel and the beach is literally right outside the sliding doors in my room. The beach facing rooms had been renovated since I last stayed, probably because they got damaged in a big storm. They were much nicer. The bed was so comfortable! Everything seemed clean and serviceable. I got the best sleep! The stairs to the 2nd floor (no elevator) are steep and hurt my knees. Lounge is under renovation, and it appears there was no breakfast or coffee available. Very nice stay!

One big dirty frat house. we left and did not stay after finding drunks outside our room on balcony at 3pm check in and the room was dirty and mold in showers. Staff seemed to care less. Disappointed.

Awful!
Do not stay here! They are tearing it down in less than a week. It is dangerous, dirty, and sketchy. No amenities, pool is closed, construction and dirt everywhere. Dark and unlit hallways. We couldn't stay, had to leave because it was so bad. Try your luck elsewhere!

Room colors are old. Bathroom upgrades unfinished, No exhaust in the bathroom. We stayed in in 227 and we could hear everything was happening upstairs and outside our room. Upstairs top of our room it sounded like they were moving furniture, and pulling rolling wheeled suitcases and did not stop until 12am. Outside travelers were arriving. For the price it should be a more pleasant experience.

Indoor pool not open as claimed in listing
The listing claimed that the hotel had an indoor pool. When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed for repairs. The pool was the primary reason I selected the hotel and the listing was misleading. The listing also claimed a bar, restaurant and lounge area but they were closed as well. Not an honest listing.

This is an older place that looks like it’s in transition. The rooms were semi updated. However, the restaurant was closed. The rooms did not have in room coffee. The outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer was so far away from sink and mirror you couldn’t use the dryer and see what you were doing. No screens on windows. I think they need to invest a bit more into this facility, because the location and the scenery were nice.

The staff was very unfriendly at check in. The room had flies inside, mosquitoes, beetles and other insects. Though the bathroom was renovated, they apparently do not know how to remove mildew, so the bathroom looked disgusting. I showered with flip flops because I did not want my feet to touch the bathroom floor or anything else. At least the bedding and mini fridge seemed clean. The area was loud, with people up all night until 3 am and people smoking outside. I would never return here again because it was so dirty, and infested with bugs and flies.

It was an ok place to stay for what i was looking for. The rooms are basic, small, clean, but not modern, which really didnt bother me, we had an ocean view room and easy access to the beach. There was also a basic breakfast offered, coffee, juice, cereal, pastries bagels, etc. It was ok. As far as quietness goes, we had a corner room with no one above us or next to us, so we lucked out with that. I'd probably stay there again, and recommend it if you're looking for a no frills cheap option for a beach spot.

The hotel sits on Plymouth, MA bay, and the view is wonderful, The most striking thing about the hotel was the overall quietness of a busy beach hotel in the middle of summer. The management asks that you respect your fellow guest, and the guest did. They have also added a typical serve yourself breakfast service, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definately stay there again.

We had an Ocean view room but I would recommend that they wash the windows. They look like they have never been washed and you can’t even open them. The view was nice if you look through the bugs, dirt and grime.

Pleasant Stay
The setting was lovely. A nice veranda overlooking the ocean with various types of seating. Continental breakfast was good though I would have liked a better selection of fruit. The sleeping area and bathroom were clean and comfortable but towels were a bit scratchy. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures and the rooms are a disgrace and need some serious up-keep. They have rotary phones in the rooms and I had a “suite” with a kitchen…was awful to say the least

Cute room by the beach. Outside of the room is a little grungier, but the room and bed was clean and comfortable with a great view of the private beach. Watch the last step as you go down to the beach! Recommend you hold the rail until your feet hit sand.
