Summary:  
Luxury and convenience come together at this modern apartment in central Plymouth, finished to a high spec throughout. The master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite and walk-in shower, while the second has a double sofa bed with a family bathroom adjacent. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is fully equipped, with sliding doors from both bedrooms and living space opening to a private patio with seating. Enjoy a larger communal outdoor area and secure underground parking.  
  
The Space:  
This modern two-bedroom apartment in central Plymouth is the perfect base for a city break or longer stay. Finished to a high standard throughout, it’s designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Being a single-level home with step-free and lift access from the secure underground parking, it’s an excellent choice for guests with mobility limitations or families with prams.  
  
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double sofa bed, with the family bathroom, complete with bath and overhead shower, located just next door.

Cobbled streets, picturesque views down at the harbourside & The Hoe, and a rich maritime history are all around. The Barbican is one of the most atmospheric areas in Plymouth, filled with independent shops, galleries, restaurants, and traditional pubs. Just a short distance away, you can explore the Mayflower Steps, where the Pilgrims set sail for America in 1620, and wander through the Elizabethan Gardens, a hidden gem offering a peaceful retreat.  
  
Food lovers are spoiled for choice here, with everything from classic fish and chips by the harbour to fine dining restaurants and international cuisines.
