Rent 100 feet of prime beach frontage on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonboro, NH. Charming knotty pine cottage with a large screened porch, 2 spacious bedrooms, sleeps up to 9 with 1 queen, 1 king, 1 set of bunk beds, pull out sofa bed in living room and a twin bed on the porch, 1 recently renovated and enlarged bathroom, large living room with lake views, sunny western exposure with beautiful sunsets, large level grassy yard for sunbathing and kids playing, two picnic tables, lounge chairs and plenty of outdoor furniture, propane BBQ grill (propane included), fire pit (first nights' wood provided), sandy bottom gradual beach with crystal clear water for swimming and new dock for up to two 32’ boats. Canoe, rowboat, 2 kayaks and 5 person paddle boat with life jackets included. No pets or smoking allowed. Please bring your own linens, pillows and towels. Great location with easy access by boat or car! Rates starting at $599 for spring and fall weeks. $3,000/week during prime weeks. 55" flat screen Smart TV and DVD player in living room, Cable TV in living room and bedrooms. Bring your laptop-high speed Wi-Fi accessible.

We have stayed here before and this year was just as excellent as last year! There's a lot of privacy, great owners, and close proximity to all the fun the lake has to offer :) just a few minutes to Meredith and about a half hour to Weirs beach, a great house in a great location. Very peaceful.

Relaxation on the Lake
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The location on the lake is amazing - water perfect for swimming and sandy beach area great for lounging. The home is well equipped and comfortable. We most enjoyed the screened in porch for dining and relaxing. The owners are readily accessible for any questions that may arise. Highly recommend!

Great house for our family vacation
My family and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the convenience of the dock for our boat and the kids loved the beautiful sandy beach. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat that we also took out on the water and to the water trampoline and slide. This was our first time staying on the northern side of the lake. We saw a ton of wildlife including loons, plenty of fish, and a bald eagle. Jayne was very helpful with directions for us coming in on the water with our boat. There are rocks in the area, but the owners did a fabulous job marking them with floating fake ducks. There is also new carpet in the family room and a coin washer/dryer that is not reflected in the pictures. The washer and dryer were really nice to have-Don’t forget to bring your quarters!

Wonderful week on Winnipesaukee
Our family had an awesome time from start to finish. Jayne and Wayne were awesome to work with and we enjoyed our conversations with them. Our kids (8 and 5) spent days playing in the sand on the quaint and tidy beach; playing catch, bocce, bags, wiffle ball, and paddle ball in the yard; and we all spent a ton of time in the kayaks, canoe, and (especially) the row boat which we used daily for our fishing excursions (perch, sunnies, rock bass, and one awesome largemouth). We used the grill daily and had a few fires in the fire pit which came supplied with wood and supplies. The cabin was just what we needed with plenty of room for us to sleep, put together puzzles, play board games, and read books. Lots of time spent on the spacious screened-in porch. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We plan to come back again next year. Wonderful experience overall.
