Charming house located between land and sea, ideal for a family get-together and discovering the magnificent panoramas of the Penthièvre coast.   
In the heart of Plurien, a charming village close to the seaside resorts of Sables-D'or-Les-Pins and Erquy, with golf, tennis, sailing school and casino. The village of Plurien is just 5km from the centre of Sables-D'or-Les-Pins and all its amenities (bars, restaurants, shops, summer market, summer attractions, etc.).  
  
This charming Breton house offers:  
\- A living room with sofa and dining area for 2 people;   
\- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with sink, induction hob (2 burners), washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, teapot, toaster, kettle and a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);   
\- A large bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm);   
\- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC;   
  
\- Terrace with dining table for 2, outdoor armchair and sun loungers;   
\- Fully enclosed garden (2 000 m2) with parking available on reserved spaces in front of the house;   
\- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).  
\- Wi-Fi access subject to 4G network coverage.  
  
Optional services on reservation:  
End-of-stay cleaning: €42.00 (subject to the conditions of the agency's house rules).  
  
Independent arrival is possible after 6pm and on days when the agency is closed. Key boxes are located outside the agency.
