For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Kervégant et Magoüero" 900 m. Surf school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ria d'Etel 1 km, Gâvres 13 km, Auray 20 km.  
"Groix", 3-room apartment 55 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated in 2022, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).
