Fisherman's house of character at the end of the 19th century, renovated with taste and careful decoration, with a plot of 1000 m2 and facing south.
This one, located in the town of Plouhinec, offers a superb panoramic view over the bay of Audierne and the beautiful beaches of Plouhinec.
It is located 10 minutes walk from Kersiny beach.

- Entrance / cloakroom
- Living room with TV, WIFI, and insert / Dining room

La région est splendide et regorge d’activités : randonnées, balades en bateau, proche de Quimper et Concarneau, pointes de Raz et du Van.

Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in den Ferienhaus in Plouhinec verbracht. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Freund des Vermieters, Francois wohnt vor Ort in fünf Minuten Entfernung und hat die vorhandenen Probleme mit der Waschmaschine und dem defekten Sonnenschirm gelöst. Wir wurden also vor Ort sehr gut und freundlich betreut.
Das Haus ist gut gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Es gibt viele Strände vor Ort, die man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto schnell erreichen kann. Der perfekte Strand in der Nähe war der Plage de Mersperleuc (nur 5 min mit dem Auto). Aber auch die Nähe zu Audierne ist perfekt!

Bretagne pur, wir waren begeistert
Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervollem Blick auf den Atlantik und die Bucht von Audierne. Moderne und saubere Küchengeräte und Badezimmer. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang sowie Verabschiedung durch den ortsansässigen Freund der Familie. Vollkommen unkomplizierte Kommunikation ( auch in Englisch ) mit dem Eigentümer. Man fühlt sich in allen Belangen rundum gut betreut. Gerne immer wieder, empfehlenswert.

Super séjour
Maison et extérieurs conformes à la description et aux photos. Superbe vue sur mer à 180°. Quartier très calme et reposant. Temps splendide pendant notre séjour. Jardin apaisant. Plages très proches. Arrivée et départ gérés en toute convivialité et serviabilité par François pour compte du propriétaire.

Sehr gut ausgestattet und tolle Lage.
Ein großartiger Blick auf das Meer, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren, wenige Minuten zum Strand. Bäcker und Carrefour in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Großer Garten! In Plouhinec und auch Audierne gibt es einige sehr nette Restaurants.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich und pünktlich von einem Freund des Vermieters empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne neue Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, auch ein zweiter Kühlschrank plus Gefrierfächer war vorhanden. Elektroheizkörper sind vorhanden, haben wir glücklicherweise nicht gebraucht. Sehr gute Matratzen, Bettdecken, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, alles in guter Qualität vorhanden. Einzig die Küchenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut okay. Toller großer Tisch mit reichlich Platz! Internet hat einwandfrei funktioniert, selbst der Empfang deutscher Fernsehprogramme war dank Satellitenschüssel möglich. Alles in allem ein großartiges Haus! Auch sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter .
