The 3-room apartment is a cozy 40 square meter abode on the 1st floor, fully renovated in 2022 with beautiful and inviting furnishings. It features a living/dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, and international TV channels (flat screen). Additionally, it has 1 room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and another room with 2 beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long). The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental includes a shower, separate toilet, electric heating, and 2 deck chairs. It is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and it features a smoke alarm.
