Looking for a vacation with family or friends in a modern and comfortable setting? Discover this beautiful house located in Plouguerneau, just 500 meters from Saint-Cava beach. Offering a capacity of 6 people and an area of 120 m², this accommodation promises you a pleasant and relaxing stay.  
  
  
  
Entering the house, you will be welcomed by a large bright living room with a view of the garden. The living room, decorated with taste, invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing while watching a movie or a sporting event, or to share a friendly moment around an aperitif. On the other side, the dining room will allow you to share delicious meals with family or friends. The open and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: induction plates, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you may need.  
  
Cross the bay windows in the living room and discover the large garden, ideal for letting your children frolic in the grass and for relaxing moments on the deckchairs in the sun. A terrace with a table and a barbecue also invites you to enjoy your meals al fresco, perfect for enjoying summer evenings.  
  
  
  
Behind the kitchen, a door takes you into the garage: a multi-purpose space, ideal for entertaining or taking care of practical tasks. It is equipped with a table football, a ping pong table, as well as a darts game for wild games with your loved ones. This garage is not only a place for leisure, it also has a washing machine and a dryer, offering all the comforts needed to manage daily life with ease.  
  
On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and its adjoining shower room. A separate WC completes this floor. The other two bedrooms, upstairs, have single beds (90x190), offering a pleasant rest area for the whole family. A modern bathroom with bath and hairdryer and WC is available on this floor. A small office area also equipped with a sofa is available upstairs in order to telework or to rest away.
