Property composed of architect-designed buildings: a main house and an outbuilding a few meters away.  
Surrounded by tea fields and horses.  
  
Its charm lies in its design and meticulous decoration.  
The swimming pool is heated and open from May to October.  
Main house:180 m2  
 composed of a very large living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 large 160🛌 beds, including 1 very large bedroom where it is possible to add a 1-person mattress, a large living net for reading, watching a film or just chilling out ❣️( maximum 3 people) and 1 1-person bedroom.  
  
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath 🛁🚿2wc, 1 laundry room 🧺  
  
The outbuilding :35 M2  
There is 1 bedroom and a bathroom, opening onto a living room and kitchen ( new extra sofa for 2 people)  
  
La torche and its surf spots are 15 minutes away by car  
  
Why we love it:  
\- The decor and large, bright rooms  
\-The sea and the walks are incredible   
\-The dinner and breakfast suggestions are too gourmet 🥦🍅🥩  
We grill lamb chops and farm vegetables or a meal of homemade galettes and crêpes.

2 steps from the beach, come and enjoy a "surf & chill" holiday.   
  
Heated pool from May to October  
The beaches of penmarch and loctudy are 15 minutes away 👙☀️  
The Glenan Islands can be reached in just 20 minutes by car +boat.
