Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 46 m² apartment with sea view for rent in Plomodiern, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a sleeping area ( two beds ) and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (. 4G key ) , sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)  
\- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine/tumble dryer, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

\- Various water sports: swimming, sand yachting, surfing, kite-surfing...  
\- Hiking on the coastal path (GR34).   
\- Proximity to places of character: Locronan, Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, the magnificent shores of the Crozon peninsula...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private parking lot.
