For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, high chair.

\- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and west-facing, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
\- An 18 m² outbuilding for storing garden furniture, wood, barbecue and bicycles.  
  
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

The large beach of Lestrevet-Pentrez is only 13 km away (15 min. by car); sand yacht hire is available.  
Many cultural and sightseeing activities are available nearby:  
\- Chateaulin and Port-Launay on the banks of the Aulne River  
\- Locronan: a pretty 17th-century stone village popular with tourists, with a night market in summer.  
\- Douarnenez: small traditional port, museum of old boats to visit  
\- Daoulas: visit an ancient abbey, with a new exhibition every year  
\- Landévennec: visit an ancient monastery dating back to the beginning of the Christian era.  
\- Discover the Crozon peninsula
