This spacious, light-filled 1,700-square-foot house offers comfortable accommodation for a group of up to eight people.  
A true corner of paradise.

On the ground floor:  
\- Private entrance with storage.  
\- Living room with sofa, coffee table, fireplace (not in working order).  
\- Large open-plan fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

\- Utility room with storage and access to the garage, washing machine.  
\- Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm), TV, access to the terrace and private shower room.
