PLOEMEUR Lomener - REF 434, rated Gites de France 2 épis, virtual tour and customer reviews on the agency website or upon request - sleeps 7, 30m from the beach and 500m from shops. The Kerbiscart residence enjoys a prime location, making this 108m² duplex a very pleasant place to stay. Located on the 2nd and top floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and small freezer) opening onto a sea-view balcony, a dining room opening onto a sea-view balcony, two bedrooms (double beds and two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine is furnished with a lounge/TV area and a sleeping area (sleeps 120), a bedroom (double bed) with a skylight and sea view, and a small shower room. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a small electric barbecue, a cot, and a high chair. The garage is accessible, but it is difficult to access and suitable for small cars.  
  
\*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the designated containers in the city. If laundry is selected, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.  
\*\*Optional hotel services: 90cm bed linen = €15, 140cm bed linen = €18, 160cm bed linen = €22, bath towels = €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, set of 2 tea towels €4, baby travel cot €15, Wi-Fi hotspot for unequipped accommodation €39/week.
