The hotel is large and has many facilities like a pool, sauna, several party and conference rooms. It's location is a little outside of the main town, but that was not problematic. I enjoyed my stay there.

Quick and helpful service. The spa and pool is good to wind down after a long day. In house restaurant serves excellent local food.

Absolutely No way! this is 4* and a Spa Hotel!!
Except for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff it has been overall disappointment. We expected 4 * comfort even in a Standard room. We got No Aircon! In stifling 30°C heat there was in Poland last week. Not even a fan! Windows opening onto a busy main road in /out of Plock. Flimsy curtains cheap curtains let all the light which woke us up at dawn on Sunday morning! They have a kids play area in a widening of the corridor, yes right outside the rooms, where kids can make as much noise as they want till 10pm!! Forget the rest and relaxation in the pool/ spa area where unaccompanied children!! are allowed in all areas!! And overtook the poll screaming, splashing, jumping and bouncing balls of the pool walls. No Aircon in breakfast room on a boiling hot morning. Stay well away if you are after a rest and relaxation the name of this hotel would indicate.

A Nice overnight
After a long day of driving it was nice to hang out in the pool and nice spa area. And added attraction was a bar area with bowling and billiards. The staff was very nice to serve hungry travelers dinner in the bar area.

Fantastic hotel
Wonderful stay. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of fresh food choices, and is served in a beautiful dining room. Hotel is located at the edge of town, so is probably better suited to those travelling by car.

Great stay
Great hotel! Beautiful building on well-kept grounds, and the food spread for breakfast is fantastic. The swimming pool is also very nice. It's a bit out of town in somewhat of an industrial area, and there was construction on the street during our stay (no noise heard in the room, just some re-routing and dirt to get through to the hotel). Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed two nights on a Poland road trip (to visit Muzeum Wsi Mazowieckiej in Sierpc. Rooms are large but shower is standard small size, bed was comfortable, only noise came through interconnecting door. Breakfast was extensive and quality. The swimming pool was a huge surprise feature. Hotel is located out of town area but this suited us perfectly. And a traditional Polish peasant restaurant next door completed our perfect stay. Loved it.

Beautiful hotel, many extra's such as swimming pool and spa. Great breakfast, lots of options. Beautiful fountain in front of the hotel with many fishes and frogs. Friendly staff. To sum up, we had a great stay at Hotel Czardasz.

Przyjemny hotel w Płocku
Hotel polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo dobre śniadania, fajny basen, plac dla dzieci. Bardzo pomocny personel. Mam jedynie małe zastrzeżenia co do wysprzątania pokoju - wykładzina raczej nie była odkurzona i śmieci nie wyrzucone. Na szczęście w łazience było bardzo czysto. Na plus przy wysokich temperaturach - klimatyzacja i lodówka.

Minusy to zimna woda w basenie oraz kwestia śniadań (w formie bufetu szwedzkiego) w czasie pandemii. Zywnosc nakladala obsługa (bardzo sympatyczna). Jednak troche to trwalo, w szczegolnosci gdy gosci bylo wiecej niz 2-3 osoby. Ogolnie hotel ok. To co warto podkreslic to przemiła obsługa, i w hotelu i w karczmie.

Do hotelu nie można się przyczepić. Stosunek ceny do jakości ok. Miła obsługa. Śniadanie świetne. Jedzenie w restauracji pod Strzecha niestety wyjątkowo nieudane, co dziwi biorąc pod uwagę pozytywne opinie. Może to był chwilowy wypadek. Okolica hotelu niestety nieciekawa.

Dobry wybór na krótki pobyt
Hotel jest odpowiedni na 1 lub dwie noce. Pokoje są duże, łóżka miękkie. Łazienka czysta i przestronna. Obsługa w recepcji dostatecznie uprzejma. Nocleg był realizowany w tygodniu wobec tego śniadanie podano mi do pokoju zgodnie z listą, którą otrzymałem do wypełnienia dnia poprzedniego wieczorem. Śniadanie było smaczne, pieczywo świeże, nie mam zastrzeżeń - bardzo miła Pani przyniosła śniadanie punktualnie. Plusem hotelu jest na pewno dostęp do strefy basenowej i wellness - dwie sauny suche i jedna parowa, jacuzzi i średni basen sportowo-rekreacyjny. Jeśli chodzi o restaurację hotelową, oceniam ją na plus jedzenie jest smaczne. Ogólnie hotel jest położony nie daleko centrum Płocka jadąc autem. Dostępna jest też część rozrywkowa - bilard i kręgle. Polecam !
