### Maison Hortense - à Pléneuf-Val-André

We are offering this charming house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, less than a kilometre from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 80 m² and accommodation for up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two of which are adjoining), two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of approximately 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 24 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, WC  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 300 m² garden + terrace at the rear of the house with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one space).  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Lamballe  
\- Nearest airport: Rennes  
  
Other remarks:  
\- Bed linen and towels included
