The Cocoonr agency offers this charming new 90 m² house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, less than 1 km from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a 200 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :  
\- A 38 m² living room with sofa, TV and a dining area.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds  
\- Bathroom with shower and bath  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 200 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 16km away  
\- Nearest airport : Rennes airport 115km away
