### La Manival - Appartement à 50 m de la plage

Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming apartment with sea view, classified \*\*, in 50 meters of the big beach, of a surface of 47.5 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 13 m², a separate and equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Sheets and towels are not included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A living room of 13 m² exposed north-west and sea view, with TV, Wifi, sofa, and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.  
\- A separate kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...  
\- Room 1 facing South-East with a view on the Admiralty Park : a queen-size bed (160×200), an armchair and a dressing room.  
\- Room 2 facing South-East with a view on the Admiralty Park : two single beds.  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet.  
  
For even more comfort : high chair, baby bed, ironing board and iron.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Pléneuf-Val-André, in the shopping street. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
