Great but far
Really enjoyed my one night stay. Clean and quiet. Only thing that did not make me want to return : its location. Leaving Pittsburgh to return home in Canada, the time lost traveling on secondary roads made the return home less pleasant.

The house was very nice and a perfect location when visiting the Oil City/Franklin area. Only minutes from anything you need but a great rural setting. The house offered everything you would need for a weeklong stay.
