One staff on shift, I had to search to find to check in, took almost 10 minutes, and I did smell alcohol on her breath. Once I got through check in, it was a quiet night. « easiest check in, check out, and trust by a property manager I have experienced - thank you. We have three kids under 5 so we have a lot of stuff. we knew street parking can be a gamble, but if there was a way to reserve (even just for an hour or two) the spot closest to the stairs it would be great to unload all of the items needed for kids. It was a lot of work to park in the rear parking lot and make 8 trips with clothes, pack in play, luggage, etc. Since this expectation on the space is...
