"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The neighborhood is not safe but the hotel felt extremely safe and comfortable. The staff was very friendly."

"Hotel by the water with a view... We picked this hotel specifically for the "water view". payed more $ for water view although on the ground floor we had a small building obstruction blocking the view. We checked in at 3pm to be early and hopefully get the upstars, and was told that was all there was the ground floor with this obstruction. Also our toilet plugged up, no fault of ours. A plunger was brought in immediately. Otherwise this hotel is pleasant. "

"The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I know that no matter how late my flight is, they are a quick phone call away, and I will be at the hotel in a few minutes. I have never been disappointed in my room, either. It is inevitably comfortable and immaculate. Staying here takes all the stress out of arriving or departing from San Jose."

"Overall the hotel was nice, room and bathroom very clean, as you would expect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Area outside around the hotel is not nice, but nothing the hotel can do about that. Breakfast was good not great but very convenient as it's included. Valet was extra charge but as there was no parking on the street available it was welcome. I would return if I'm in the area again. "
