This house is in a quiet new neighborhood in Pleasant Hill Iowa located 20 minutes from Downtown DesMoines,15 minutes from Adventureland amusement park, 15 minutes from Prairie Meadows Casino, 10 minutes from the Iowa State Fairgrounds, 20 minutes from the Chichaque Valley Trail head in Bondurant and 30 minutes from the Iowa Speedway in Newton. This is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. The property has a washer and dryer and a 2 stall attracted garage available for your use. This entire 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom home is for your private use. It comfortably sleeps 6\. There is 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. All the comforts of home, with direct TV, wifi, new furnishings, pots, pans, table service, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Kickback on either of the two custom leather sofas while adjusting the flame and heat in the fireplace. It took until early morning before it was comfortable. We were also hit with the smell of dog urine. After the ac ran the smell went away. The house was clean and bedding was clean. There was a huge urine stain on one of the beds that did not come from us when we removed the bedding at the end of our stay.
