It was very clean, and it has all of your basic kitchen needs covered. Nice bedding, and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, the climate controls were easy to use, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking is on the street. One thing to be aware of, if you are not a morning person, is that a nearby business has large trucks that arrive at 7am loudly. We had to be up early, so it was ok for our visit. We visit family in the area and location was great for us. The place was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was onsite, friendly and attentive. This was one of the cleanest, freshest units we’ve stayed in. Everything worked well, from the coffee maker to the washing machine. The shower is great with good water pressure, and the 2 beds were very comfortable. Street parking was easy.I would say the only real detractor was the Goodwill right behind the unit starts loading their trucks very early in the morning and it is loud.
