« Petit appartement fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner pas terrible. Problème de stationnement. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions nous garer sans problème dans la rue. On a oublié de nous préciser que c’était payant. Résulta un PV ! Il n’y a pas de parcmètre mais une personne qui se tient en bas de la rue à laquelle on doit régler le stationnement et dans chaque rue ! »

« Penser à bien préciser votre heure d'arrivée. Lors de mon arrivée à 20h00, l'accueil était fermé et il était impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel. Heureusement un client a eu l'amabilité de téléphoner afin de faire venir une personne à l'accueil. Le séjour s'est ensuite très bien passé. »

The first room we stayed was small but the second room was much bigger and nice. It was on the third floor and there is no elevator but the Staff was very kind to help us with the luggage. Personnel charmant mais petit déjeuner épouvantable : produits industriels sans goût, ou saveur chimique, et probablement sans vraie qualité nutrutive (à part une pléthore de gras et de sucre). « Situé loin du centre ville de Punta Arenas, chambre minuscule sans fenêtres, salle de bain idem, petit déjeuner très sommaire, impossible de payer la chambre en devise locale, la gérante rajoute des frais si on ne règle pas en $US ou en carte bancaire. Le pire dans tout ça : j'ai reçu un mail de cet hôtel 1 mois avant mon séjour qui me demandait de leur transmettre les numéros de ma carte bancaire pour soi-disant garantir à nouveau la réservation. Hôtel à éviter dans l'absolu. »

"La chambre est spacieuse la salle de bains fonctionnelle et très chaude. Par contre les articles de toilette pas de gel douche simplement du savon, shampooing et cape de cheveux. Vu qu il y a une piscine un peignoir aurait bienvenu. La piscine très agréable. Frites et planches et serviettes disponibles. Par contre pour se changer les toilettes et pas à côté. Point négatif Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel sympathique. L hôtel est bien situé face à la mer et proche du centre ville "

"Court passage mais très agréable. La chambre était confortable, douche chaude, personnel très sympathique et aidant. On m’a préparé une lunch box car je partais toute la journée et ils ont aussi gardé mon sac en sécurité jusqu’à 22:30\. Ma chambre était dans une extrémité de l’auberge et le wifi arrêtait de fonctionner souvent."
