"5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would definitely stay here again. The apartment was great and had everything you could need for your stay. I particularly liked that there was AC, and washing machine, drying racks in the unit. The location is perfect- you are a short walk to the Callao metro stop and there is a grocery store right around the corner. My only critique, partially because I don't think it was well advertised before arrival- although they have a front desk and lobby like a hotel, it is operated much more like an apartment style of living. By that I mean…if you want maid service, fresh towels or fresh linens (other than what is initially in there when you checked in) It costs extra. You can also do the laundry yourself, but the towels in particular are not high quality and dry ‘crusty’. All to say-plan to pay for a few fresh towels if you’re staying more than a few days. Not a dealbreaker by any means however, for this beautiful property. "

"Everything was excellent! Breakfast, service, and the shower's water pressure were also amazing. The hotel is located in a perfect place, near supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Aircon. worked perfectly, elevators run fast so you never wait. "

Wonderful stay

"It was not my first time at a Barcelo hotel and my expectations were not disappointed, quite the opposite. Check-in was smooth, was given an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The whole place is spotless and everything functions extremely efficiently, staff was amazing throughout in all areas. There was nothing I asked for that I did not receive with a smile and I am fussy. Food was delicious at breakfast and dinner (room service offers the same dishes which I loved and enjoyed as a lot of other hotels do not). Quality was second to none and dishes were perfectly prepared as asked. Room was spacious, beautifully appointed as you would expect from the photos, terrace was greatly enjoyed and cleaned daily too, bed seriously comfortable, and the pillow menu would cater to most tastes I should think. And all the little things that make a stay great were there too, nice toiletries, amazing spacious shower, bathrobes and slippers, etc. Location was great for both shopping and sightseeing, a lot of them within walking distance (maybe not for all, I do walk a lot), but at least a couple of tube station in close proximity, if needed. Needless to say I would not only highly recommend it but would not look further for my next stay in Madrid. Lastly I would just want to thank both the staff who made the entirety of my stay absolutely wonderful, but also congratulate the management, everybody seemed genuinely happy to work there. "

"I stayed only 2 nights and the expectations about the hotel and the room I had chosen were met with satisfaction. The hotel is well located in a nice area with some local bars and restaurant and close enough to a metro station. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and kind and the breakfast is good with a few continental options. I had chosen the Leonardo hotel because of my previous positive experience to one located in Barcelona and I'm very satisfied with the quality and service offered."
