« Localisation idéale en plein centre-ville avec plusieurs lignes de métro pas très loin. Chambre extrêmement propre, agréable à vivre, salle de bain avec une grande douche et les produits qu'il faut. Il m'a juste manqué un lait hydratant (je n'avais qu'un bagage cabine donc impossible d'en emporter), mais c'est un détail. Pour le prix, j'avais pris une chambre double pour moi toute seule et je suis enchantée. Un bel espace, salle de bain très bien organisée, coffre fort, grand bureau et...

« Plusieurs choses ne vont pas 1- j ai pris une chambre premium et je me retrouve dans une chambre où pour toute fenêtre j ai une toute petite ouverture rectangulaire comme dans une prison 2- je devais être surclassé en vip non seulement cela n a aucun as été fait mais en plus j ai un doute sur la chambre octroyée 3- ménage approximatif. Un soir en rentrant plus de peignoirs 4- l avantage vip une bouteille offerte a du être réclamé et on m a apporté une demie bouteille !! 4- points positifs...

"Le spa était fermé. Chambre assez grande même pour trois adultes. Dommage que les lits soient sur roulettes et certains fatigués( couinements, matelas déformés) A signaler que l'on a du demander chaque jours, une serviette et même du gel douche, verre non rincée... Bref en terme de nettoyage des chambres, on peut faire mieux Dommage également de trouver une araignée dans les draps. Hotel très grand avec un restaurant Sinon Hotel très bien situé avec un El Corté Inglês (mercado aussi à l'intérieur) juste en face, un centre commercial avec Mercadonia et différents restaurants. Également des restaurants plus traditionnels dans la rue, et je recommande Gastro Bar Montes (Batatas bravas, ensalada Russia, tostas....huevos rotos ....)très bien garnie et frais. Choix de bières et vins. Métro et Bus à proximité, le 92 vous emmène jusqu'à la plage La cité des sciences est juste à coté, un pont à traverser. Billet de Bus à 2€(vous pouvez payer par CB)"

"Hôtel idéalement placé pour rayonner à pied dans Valence. Rapidement accessible depuis l'aéroport en métro. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Seuls bémols : un frigo un peu trop bruyant et une lumière dans la salle de bain qui s'éteint automatiquement au bout de seulement quelques secondes si vous ne bougez pas assez. Pas très pratique selon ce que vous êtes en train de faire... Il serait judicieux de rallonger le minuteur automatiquement mais trop vite "
