"Hotel was convenient to Chamue beach. Has an excellent pool, and excellent chef breakfasts (extra for very reasonable price). 15 minutes walk to town center or boat tours/ Santa Cruz beach. Recommend Terracotta Restaurant in town center. Room was clean and spacious. Fresh sheets , and clean towels daily. Internet was poor on 3rd floor, supposedly a local tower was in repair. Friendly and helpful staff."

"El hotel es muy bonito, la comida estaba muy bien, los shows cada noche muy lindos, todo muy limpio. Muy atentos en la recepción. Lo único que muchos del personal que atendían las mesas cuando se tenían que ordenar las hamburguesas o algunas otras comidas que se tienen que ordenar desde su mesa, los meseros no eran muy atentos a eso y solo entre ellos platicaban y no atendían las mesas y nosotros esperando a ver a qué hora nos atendían y la cara que ponían era de pocos amigos al atender las mesas… pero de ahí en todo muy buen hotel"

"We came during off season, and the value was great. Pools were well kept, room was kept very clean, and the served meals were excellent. The location made it very easy to walk into town when we did decide to go "off campus" for dinner. The A/C worked perfectly, which is great, because it was humid as heck in June. No complaints!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condominium is beautiful! Inside the living space is very setup well! The two bedrooms with king beds are so spacious and comfortable! Our morning coffee on the deck with the view of the mountains is spectacular and out of the sun too enjoy!The upstairs is another gorgeous place for lounging or jumping in the plunge pool to cool off!It’s just a great space. The main pool at the complex is also so nice and big with another pool soon finished. Never played pickle ball but the court was also very nice. This place is very beautiful and quiet and close to the beach and restaurants."

"Room was perfect, view was exceptional… we had the best time so many great restaurants all in walking distance. Only draw back was elevator stopped working half way through our week and we had to walk up 4 levels multiple times a day. Would stay again in a heart beat though truly loved it."
